I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. I like the way the velcro wraps all the way around and it can be taken off from the side, or front. The material is very sturdy and seems like it would be more expensive than$ 50- I found this to be a great deal! I can increase the weight if I purchase heavier sandbags, but 20 lbs seems like plenty!

Works better than I imagined. Have used it daily for nearly 3 weeks now, and am ahead of my goals so far. Seems durable and comfortable. Can be adjusted for various body types and strength levels. Would recommend starting off with a small amount of weight, and building up over time, so not to risk stress or strain to your joints. Also, fill your lungs with air while strapping it on, that way you can still take deep breaths while working out.

Works really well-- only thing is that you need to make sure you load the bottom weights first. If yiu load the top weights first, it's hard to get the bottom ones in. Would n't recommend for a woman, as it's pretty big

I went with the 16kgs weight first it was perfect for me. I ’ m male 5 ’ 10 ” 180lbs new to using these weights. It was very challenging at first but after a hand full of of sessions I got the technique and felt comfortable at this weight. It ’s still heavy enough for me. I have toyed with getting next size up but this 16kg weight still is enough when I look at the price for the next size. So far no rust, I have had it for 5 months and really like it. I like the handle size, I usually wear a large size glove, and I have yet to drop it when sweaty.

This is rhenonly vest you need if youre looking to add weight! You can make it as heavy as you would like. As you progress and get stronger you can just add more weight with the sand bags. No need to buy a variety of vests with different weights.

My son wanted these for use on his `` off '' days where his grip just was n't gripping or feeling right. He is encouraged to develop rough hands and not use straps but just has not great days every once in awhile. It was snug and comfy against my body as I walked/ ran/ did stairs, etc. My only question is, where can I buy heavier ETHOS plates? For example, say I want to increase the weight to 30 from 20? How would I do that. I ca n't find ETHOS plates anywhere.

The cuffs are comfortable around the wrist. The leather is soft so they didn ’ t require much break in period than my old ones. Would caution they aren ’ t great for smaller wrists since the cushion cuff can only be sized down so far.

These are decent gloves for the money... Very comfortable... Have n't had them long enough to speak on durability, but ETHOS products have never let me down. Good for weightlifting, CrossFit, etc. Would definitely purchase again in the future

I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars. With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! I always thought I had relatively smaller hands, but my fingers are thicker, and the size large gloves fit me great. I work recommend these gloves. The Velcro strap made them fit perfectly to my hands and the material was breathable.

The fitness gloves are great! When looking for the correct size, I used the size that I wear for winter gloves. Which is a large. They are the perfect fit! They dry ready nice as well. Let them dry naturally. They felt ready broken in when I wore them the second time.

I bought these for my fiance( 42 male) because he wanted weightlifting gloves that were not fingerless and these were the only ones I could find, he absolutely loves them. All the padding is in the perfect places, including in each knuckle of each finger, and there are touchscreen pads on the thumb and forefinger. He normally wears a M in other gloves but wanted them to be a little tighter, so I ordered a S and they fit perfectly. He's only had them for about 2 months but they get almost daily use and are holding up well so far.

These are my 2nd pair of Bionic full fingered lifting gloves. First pair lasted over two years, I train in a cold/hot garage year round. Excellent product.

I lift weights a few days a week. Wearing gloves to protect the ligaments is a good idea. After some time without using gloves I will feel some pain in the fingers. I normally use gloves with the half finger which works great. I bought these full finger gloves to see how I liked them. After a few workouts they fit well and I think they prevent any damage to the ligaments. These are good gloves but I still prefer the half finger gloves because I still have more feeling and control of the fingers.

Though I am a physician, I am somewhat of a physician skeptic. I had a relatively severe shoulder dislocation and rotator cuff injury in college many years ago. The shoulder has never been the same, but `` tolerable ''. It had been getting worse over the past. year with significant pain, particularly with certain movements. I saw the orthopedic surgeon who recommended shoulder `` re- hab ''( physical therapy) and I was very doubtful that this would help. I read the literature that they provided me, got a set of resistance bands and started doing the exercises several times a week, as instructed. Much to my surprise and delight, my shoulder pain got much better along with my flexibility and functionality. I can now do exercises that I was incapable of doing two months ago with minimal to no pain. I was not looking forward to surgery and glad that I was able to avoid it.

My doctor recommended light resistance exercises for my aching shoulders, so I bought these flexibility bands. They come in three weights- light, medium, heavy- and provide just the right amount of resistance to lightly work my shoulders and reduce pain. One month in and I feel so much better.

Upon receiving these gloves that were ordered for my husband, I ended up using them instead because they ran a little small for him. The gloves run about 1 full size small so size up. Fits a whole bunch of my door frames so i can easily hang it wherever i need it. I have 2 kids under 3yrs old. So this allows me to get a workout in without leaving the kids for a long period of time. I watched a couple YouTube vids on it before buying and i am totally happy i bought it.

Very good purchase! The dip station was easy to assemble and extremely well made with heavy- duty bars. The lower bars are very comfortable for low- incline push- ups and mountain climbers. Highly recommended!

Everything I expected it to be. Not a very difficult assembly. Materials seem very durable and built to last. Still, very lightweight overall. Fits well in a 658 square foot apartment. Very comfortable to use. Overall appeal aestheticallly. No regrets on my behalf.

Asked for this for Christmas. I have a small apartment and I needed something I could use to get some workouts in. Fairly easy to assemble. I got ta say I am very impressed with the quality and it's perfect for everything it shows you in the marketing video. I would recommend this product.

Love the Multifunction Dip Station Strength Bar it is very sturdy but light enough to move wherever I want to use it. I can do different style dips, pushups, lying down pull- ups, crunches just for a few. Easy to put together.
