Worst tasting collagen I've tried and equally poor customer experience

I ordered several bags of this collagen, as I was looking to save money on my monthly marine collagen supply (I typically use Anthony's, which is amazing but high ppu). The reviews for this product taste are great, so I thought I had nothing to worry about. The taste of this collagen isn't so much that it's fishy (it is), but it's mainly.... musty? I can't really put my finger on it. It's awful. It cannot be masked in any liquid. In fact if you try, you will just ruin your coffee, juice, milk, etc. You can mask it in a smoothie, sure, but I am busy gyal and don't have time to make smoothies every time I want to supplement collagen. I'm trying to scoop, stir, and go. I decided to return the unopened bags of collagen after not acclimating to the taste after one week. I contacted CS and they informed me they don't provide return labels—I'd have to ship back at my expense. I obliged and asked for the address. It was nearly $30 to ship back to Bulk Supplements. Love it. One day I arrive home and what do I find at my door? The box I shipped back to BS. UPS slapped a sticker on the box that read "Receiver Moved—Return to Shipper." Amazing. I contacted CS again and asked them to advise. They gave me a new address to ship to and offered no apology for sending me an incorrect address prior. Because I was already out-of-pocket $30 due to poor communication on BS's part, I requested for a paid shipping label or a credit on the refund. They refused. And I refuse to spend another $30 in shipping to an address that may or may not be correct. I'm sharing this experience so everyone knows BS does not care about customers whatsoever. You get what you pay for!
